Factory Canteen & Changing Room Painting & Refurbishment
About the client
Stag Painting & Decorating had a new commercial client contact us regarding the refurbishment of a large canteen and women’s changing room, both of which required painting following the refurbishment.
The Brief
The client wanted a full re-decoration of both areas, working within the factory’s established colour guidelines.
We were tasked with refreshing the two spaces to create a cleaner, more modern environment suitable for day-to-day operations, with a consistent finish applied throughout both areas.
Our approach
Our approach followed a clear and practical sequence to ensure the works were carried out efficiently across both areas. The female toilets were prioritised and completed first, requiring only a small amount of preparation before redecoration could begin. This allowed for a quick start on site and early progress within the programme.
Once this area was completed, focus shifted to the canteen, which was scheduled as the final phase of the project. By completing the spaces in this order, the work could progress in a structured manner, reducing overlap and allowing each area to be finished before moving on to the next.
This phased approach ensured a smooth workflow throughout the project, with each stage building on the last to maintain consistency and efficiency from start to finish.
Results
The redecoration delivered a fresh new look for both the canteen and the female toilets, enhancing the overall appearance of each space.
The updated finish provides a cleaner, more modern environment, bringing consistency across both areas and improving their day-to-day usability.
