New Build Care Home

About the client

A regular client of ours awarded us a contract to fully paint out a new care home in Creswell. The project involved completing the decoration works for a 6 apartment assisted living care home.

The Brief

The client required the decoration works to be completed by a set deadline. As the project was for a new care home, it was important that the work was carried out in line with the client’s specification and completed within the agreed timescale.

The challenge was working efficiently across the areas as they became available, while also coordinating with the site manager and other trades on site.

Our approach

We followed the client’s specification throughout the project and worked closely with the site manager and other trades. As areas of fresh plaster became available, we sprayed the mist coat to help move the project forward efficiently.

Once the mist coat had been applied, we continued with the preparation work, getting each area ready for painting. This process was repeated across the care home until the full project was completed.

Results

The decoration works were completed for our regular client, adding another finished project to our ongoing working relationship.
